Since its inception, the company has successfully completed numerous national and international projects, providing end-to- end services ranging from project design, implementation, quality control, project management to consultancy.
The firm has demonstrated its expertise in designing and constructing an

Since 2018, the company has been actively delivering projects in construction, fit-out, and engineering services across the diplomatic, hospitality, retail, and F&B sectors in multiple countries.
- Private Residence of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea – the company’s operations in Ukraine began with the construction of a high-profile diplomatic facility.
- DoubleTree by Hilton Odessa – full-scale hotel construction (ongoing since 2018).
- Hilton Odessa – implementation of full MEP systems and fit-out works.
- Nemo Casino – interior fit-out works.
- Hilton Odessa MEP Design – design of engineering systems for the Hilton complex.
As part of the large-scale Tashkent City Mall development, the company successfully completed a series of high-end projects:
- Messika Luxury Jewellery Store – turnkey delivery (2024–2025).
- BIG CHEFS restaurant – turnkey delivery (2023–2024).
- MADO restaurant – full planning, design, and turnkey execution (2023–2024).
- DIESEL, Maje, Jelly, NEW YORKER, OXXO, Sandro, TERRANOVA – retail stores completed on a turnkey basis for “Sinteks” LLC (2023–2024).
- Sand restaurant – complete planning, design, and execution (2023 – ongoing).
- Next and OXXO stores in Baku Crescent Mall – turnkey execution (2024).
- Homme store in Ganja Mall – turnkey works (2023).
- AC repair works for New Yorker in Deniz Mall – HVAC scope (2024).
- DKNY, Gucci, DG Kids, Emporio Armani Junior in Port Baku Mall and Baku Mall – reconstruction and high-end fit-out projects (2024).
